With a strong existing business who are looking to increase their turnover but 25% over the next 3 years, there is no better time to join!They are South West based, geographically with more of a presence across Devon, Somerset and Dorset

Core Projects include:

  • Groundworks
  • Infrastructure
  • Section 278 works
  • Earthworks

I am looking for a Site Manager, initially to sit on a new build housing site just outside of Exeter. Duties will include:

  • Lead for the delivery of the groundworks packages, in coordination with a wider team for a successful overall project delivery
  • Work closely with the PC to ensure correct works checks are completed.
  • Manage the daily activities of the team, in respect of Health and Safety, quality controls and programme management
  • Manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements

Ideally, you’ll have at least 5-10 years managing projects as the lead Site Manager, and residential groundworks experience is a MUST! You will also need your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
