Job summary

A leading Irish fit out contractor is seeking a Site Manager for a new project in Wimbledon. This role requires a highly organised, tech-savvy individual to manage site office administration and support the team on site. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety documentation, maintaining attendance records, and daily site monitoring. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and experience in fit out or medical environments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant medical fit out project.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fit out, interiors, or medical/clinical environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a live public environment with strong communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing site paperwork and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all site office administration.
  • Carrying out inductions for all operatives and visitors.
  • Maintaining attendance records.
  • Overseeing and updating safety file documentation.
  • Daily site monitoring and reporting.
  • Handling day-to-day issues within a live, busy shopping centre environment.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager with coordination and compliance tasks.

Irish fit out company operating as a main contractor is commencing a new project in Wimbledon delivering high-spec medical units. Welfare is being set up today, and they are now looking to bring in an additional Site Manager to support the team from 5th January.

You’ll be joining an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager already on the ground; however, both are heavily “boots on the ground”. This role is designed for someone who is more site‑office based, highly organised, and tech‑savvy, to keep the project running smoothly behind the scenes.
