Overview

We're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager with a carpentry background who is confident to sign off fire door installations.

Start date: 13 October

£270 Per Day

Duration: 6 Weeks

Bm Trada knowledge essential

Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme and ensure key milestones are met.
• Oversee daily site operations, including sub-contractor management.
• Monitor site health and safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain build quality, with particular attention to fire door installations.
• Sign off fire doors in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and regional teams to resolve issues effectively.

About you

• Carpentry background essential.
• SMSTS qualified with knowledge of fire door installation and sign-off procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings confidently.
