We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Manager to lead a warehouse refurbishment project in Stafford. This is a great opportunity to oversee a fast-paced scheme with a reputable contractor, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live refurbishment project
• Manage subcontractors, deliveries, scheduling, and site documentationEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records
• Liaise with the client, project team, and external stakeholders
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on warehouse or industrial refurbishments
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy site with multiple subcontractor packages
