We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with strong skills in finishing works, snagging, and quality control to take a project through its final stages.
Proven Site Manager experience on residential / commercial projects
Strong finishing & snagging experience
Good leadership, communication, and H&S awareness
SSSTS & valid CSCS
First Aid
Own PPE
Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
Oversee finishing works and snag resolution
Maintain programme and quality standards
Resolve on-site issues efficiently
