Overview

Site Manager - Retrofit & Decarbonisation Projects

Salary up to £55k + £4,500 car allowance

Location: Warwickshire (Orbit Housing Project)

Retrofit works include new roofs, windows and door installation, heat pumps, solar panels and smart thermostats on occupied properties.

Role

We are currently working with a UK's leading property services companies. Together we are looking for a Site Manager to help lead the on-site delivery of a high-profile Retrofit project based in Warwick, focused mainly on external and internal insulation upgrades, new roofs, windows, and doors installation, integration of heat pumps, solar panels, and smart thermostats on occupied properties.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day site management of retrofit works to live, occupied properties
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of EWI, PV and ASHP installations
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and logistics on-site
  • Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery
  • Monitor progress, manage HSEQ compliance, and ensure works are completed on time and to budget
  • Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and enforce health and safety procedures
  • Report into the Project or Contracts Manager with regular updates and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience managing retrofit, energy efficiency, or decarbonisation projects
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
