Overview

ITS Group are a leading construction recruitment specialist with 50 years experience. Our South West division has been supplying local construction projects for over 20 years across Devon & Cornwall. On behalf of our flagship client, we are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a new build housing site in Redruth, Cornwall.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects and oversee sub-contractors.
• Support the existing site team to complete remaining plots and associated finishing works.
• Provide on-site management and presence, including weekend supervision for additional works as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Location and Schedule

Site: Redruth, Cornwall. Initial weekend work on Saturday 6 September and Sunday 7 September to ensure management presence on site for the subcontractor, then continuing Monday to Friday. Estimated timeframe is 4 weeks, with potential extension.

Requirements

• Experience managing residential projects and overseeing sub-contractors.
