A reputable Social Housing Contractor in Manchester is looking for two Site Managers to oversee kitchen, bathroom, and heating upgrade schemes. The ideal candidates will have qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, alongside a proven track record in Social Housing refurbishments. Additionally, a plumbing background is preferred for the heating upgrade role. The position offers a salary between £40-45k, plus a £4k car allowance and benefits. We are working with a well established and growing Social Housing Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos - the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates.
They have been awarded several new contracts and as a result, they are seeking two Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis, one Site Manager to manage kitchen and bathroom schemes and another Site Manager to run heating upgrade schemes across the North West, all working within tenanted Social Housing properties. You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
Experience needed:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchens and bathrooms. For the heating upgrade scheme, a Plumbing background would be ideal.
You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
The salary on offer is between £40-45k plus 4k car allowance and other benefits.
