Site Manager - Traditional Build Residential Adstock, Buckinghamshire Up to £65,000 + package Site start: 5th January
This privately owned residential contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a high‑end 5‑unit traditional build development in Adstock, Buckinghamshire. You will be on site from the groundworks stage, managing the build through structure, externals, internals and final handover. The business self‑delivers key elements of the works, so this role suits someone comfortable working closely with in‑house teams as well as subcontractors.
You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day site management, health & safety, programme control, quality and coordination with the office team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys running a smaller scheme properly, without the chaos of large‑volume production sites.
The business is a well‑established, privately owned contractor with a strong reputation for delivering traditional build residential projects. They take pride in quality, attention to detail, and doing things the right way rather than cutting corners. With in‑house delivery capability and a close‑knit management team, they offer a supportive but professional environment where Site Managers are trusted to run their projects with autonomy.
CVs will be reviewed on 27th December, with suitable candidates contacted the same day. Site start date is 5 January and the successful person should be ready to start as near to this date as possible.
