A leading construction contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance projects in North London. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, conduct health and safety checks, and ensure project delivery to specifications. A strong background in social housing, along with certifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness, is required. This role offers both temporary and permanent employment opportunities, providing a pathway for career development.
Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division.
Projects that are being delivered will be external plan maintenance projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around the North London area.
On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
This is a temporary to permenant position which will offer development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
