We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a brand-new residential development near Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national housebuilder, delivering quality new homes as part of a major growth programme across the South West.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site operations from groundworks through to completion.
• Oversee health & safety, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain build progress.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure homes are delivered to exacting standards.
• Drive the build programme to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Maintain strong communication with the Contracts Manager, technical and commercial teams.
• Engage with customers during site visits, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

About You / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a national or regional housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build housing.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
