We’re looking for a Site Manager to join us at Canons Ashby to take care of the daily operations here.

This is a permanent full time role.

You’ll need your own transport as there is no public transport to our site.

What it’s like to work here

Although based at Canons Ashby, you’ll be part of a small friendly team, some of whom work across the South Warwickshire and Northamptonshire portfolio of properties including Upton House and Gardens, Farnborough Hall and Lyveden New Bield.

What you’ll be doing

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for planning and running the on-site operations at Canons Ashby. You’ll work closely with the cross-portfolio Property Operations Manager and others in the operations team. You’ll work closely with the Facilities and Support Services team, the Retail and F&B team, the Garden team, The Collections and House team and the Welcome team. You will be part of the Duty Management team on a rota and can expect to cover up to two days per week and one in three weekends. You’ll be part of the property leadership team organising or attending internal and external meetings. In these meetings, you’ll be welcoming a broad range of external partners and associates on behalf of the Trust. You’ll be responsible for key parts of the visitor experience across the site, leading for accessibility and compliance; making sure our work systems are always safe.
