Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate gangs and subcontractors for various activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality procedures.
• Check setting-out from site engineers and monitor progress.
• Maintain records of labour, materials, and work done.
• Support induction and supervision of new starters.

Skills

Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor

Understanding of site safety (CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)

Ability to read drawings

Coordination of multiple gangs
