Job summary

This pivotal role involves the effective management and improvement of facilities at a busy production site. You will lead a facilities team, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and spearhead continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and is confident in managing contractors and environmental documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ facilities management experience within an industrial or commercial environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team.
• Safety/environmental qualification desirable or 3+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with site Health & Safety policies and environmental standards.
• Lead and manage the facilities team, deploying resources effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings, grounds, and associated infrastructure.
• Manage cleaning, security, and housekeeping relationships.
