• Experience in Residential Groundworks.
• Experience as a Site Engineer.
• Ability to commute in and around the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Set out projects according to specifications.
• Conduct photo-based dilapidation surveys.
• Perform topography surveys.
• Provide technical guidance to the site team.
• Ensure specifications are met for quality.
• Oversight of quality assurance processes.
• Maintain records including S104 and S38 surveys.
• Manage street works applications.
• Cross-check CAD information.
