This position offers a permanent, full-time role for a professional with proven experience in managing site operations on civils projects. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead subcontractors, and ensure project adherence to quality and safety standards. A competitive salary of £65,000 to £70,000 plus car allowance is offered. Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance.

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on major civils or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of temporary works, construction methodology and site delivery.
• Confident managing subcontractors and leading site teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations across a multi‑discipline civils package.
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Overseeing programme, progress, quality and cost control.
• Ensuring adherence to construction standards, CDM and project procedures.
• Supporting planning, reporting and client liaison.
• Driving high standards across safety, environmental and quality performance.
