A major healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Sister / Charge Nurse for the F3 ward. You will coordinate daily shifts, support a team, and manage patient care, primarily for patients post-major lung resections. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing nursing responsibilities. Application closes on September 23, 2025.
As a sister / charge nurse on F3 you will be often required to coordinate daily shifts and be responsible for all 32 patients on the ward, deputising for the ward manager in their absence. You will join a healthy team of other Sister / Charge nurses and work in a collaborative manner in the smooth running of the ward, bed management and taking care of the patients. Majority of these patients will have undergone major lung resections. You will also be responsible for supporting your junior colleagues and their workload.
