A leading NHS Trust in Long Eaton is seeking a clinical lead to mentor staff on the ward, manage their wellbeing, and perform various managerial tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics, demonstrate strong leadership, and engage in service improvement initiatives. The majority of your role will be clinical, and you will be a clinical lead on the ward supporting and mentoring junior members of the team with your experience and knowledge. The job will also entail all aspects of people/staff management, for example, ensuring staff wellbeing, completing appraisals, dealing with conflict and more. You will be expected to complete audits, rosters, reports, attend meetings and liaise with all members of the MDT as well as many other tasks.
