Overview

Kilnbridge is hiring Shunter Drivers / Tug Drivers to join our team working on a long-term infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.

Role Details

• Location: Heathrow Airport
• Duration: 18 months
• Contract: PAYE
• Pay rate: £19-22 per hour
• Hours: 47.5 hrs/week (paid)
• Overtime: Available as project progresses
• Start: October 2025

Responsibilities

• Operate site tugs to transport materials and equipment safely around site
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Assist with site logistics and follow traffic management

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to complete a DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC)
• Must be able to provide proof of address
• 5 year address history
• 5 year work history
• CSCS green card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Airside driving permit (Admirable)
• Previous shunter driving experience is desirable
