Overview

SHOWROOM TEAM LEADER. On behalf of our Inverness based client, we are looking for a Showroom Team Leader. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee daily operations, support the Sales Team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves leading by example, ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standard, and driving sales performance through coaching and developing the team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, including showroom presentation, stock management and customer flow.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a first point of contact for customers and guiding them on their requirements.
  • Lead, motivate and support the showroom team to achieve sales targets and service standards.
  • Collaborate with management to implement promotional campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service facing sales roles.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a focus on results.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A trades background is useful, but not essential.

This role is a permanent post and is based in Inverness City Centre. Monday to Friday, full time hours, every second Saturday on a rota basis.
