Overview

Job: Showroom sales in Coalisland. Our client are an established retailer with a reputation for excellent quality, customer service and an exceptional range of products. They are currently recruiting a Sales Executive who will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer care for the growing customer base. This position will report to company directors and will be responsible for ensuring customers enjoy a great shopping experience every time.

Duties

• Ensuring customers enjoy a great customer experience in store
• Gaining an understanding of customer needs, finding the correct products, and making the sale
• Handling telephone enquiries from customers
• Keeping the internal Stock System up to date at all times
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the status of their order throughout all stages of the purchase process
• Taking details of customer issues and placing of service calls
• Negotiating replacements with suppliers if appropriate
• General administration duties
• Assisting with returns
• Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing when customers are in store

Criteria

• Previous Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Personable, team player
• Great communicator
• Able to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment and show “calm in the storm”
• Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience of problem solving and answering customer queries
