Overview Of Role

This role will be key in supporting our Commercial team in meeting this vision.

Key Accountabilities

As Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice of the shopper within our business. You’ll turn category insights and shopper behaviours into inspiring activation plans across multiple retail environments — from physical stores to digital shelves.

Your work will drive visibility, conversion, and loyalty, bridging the gap between brand strategy and in-market execution, resulting in achieving consumer behaviour change and delivering key KPIs. You’ll partner closely with category, marketing, sales, and external Retailer and agency teams to deliver disruptive and commercially powerful shopper campaigns.

The Right Person

You’ll be experienced in Shopper Marketing, are a self-starter who is passionate about driving growth through customer engagement and activation. A strong communicator who can bring concepts to life and engage both internally and externally to drive inspiration and excitement. Experienced with ROI analysis, budget management and customer communication would also be beneficial to this role. A natural problem solver with exceptional project management, collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills. Demonstrating a balance between creative, future thinking and a focus on optimizing performance through analytical rigor.
