• As part of the team, actively engage in organising activities to enhance the success of the Centre and achieve its established objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver outstanding performance, while monitoring their progress and providing ongoing support.
• Maintain attractive displays ensuring accurate stock control and a visually appealing environment.
• Oversee the overall aesthetics of the department, maintaining high standards and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards throughout the department, implementing necessary protocols to safeguard staff and customers.

You will have a commercial mind, knowing stock control methods, increasing add-on sales, and acknowledging areas of improvement within the areas you cover.
