Shipping Coordinator

Up to £26,500 (depending on experience)
Full Time, Permanent
Marlborough, Wiltshire (onsite)

Are you an enthusiastic and proactive logistics professional ready to take on a new and exciting challenge? Do you have experience in goods-in and managing complex logistics? If so, we want to hear from you!

Based in Marlborough, this is a critical role where you will be instrumental in delivering excellent client service, managing client deliveries, coordinating courier collections and managing general stock movement.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and creating all required documentation for UK, EU, US and ROW shipments
  • Coordinating collections of client orders and components directly from suppliers.
  • Monitoring and resolving shipment issues, including delays, damages and customs or delivery problems.
  • Maintaining current compliance with all import and export regulations.
  • Controlling inventory of shipping consumables.
  • Supporting movement or stock, goods in and out.
  • Handling all inbound deliveries, receiving, unpacking, checking supplier deliveries and notifying relevant teams.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in shipping logistics
  • Good knowledge of stock control and experience with products and components.
  • Good attention to detail when working with fragile stock.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work overtime and/or shift working hours as required.
  • Please note, there is an element of heavy lifting involved in this role.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with occasional opportunities for overtime!
