Shift Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - London Bridge, London - Up to £52,000

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in London Bridge, London, working at an iconic corporate commercial office & high‑end residential buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Requirements
  • Apprentice trained in Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
  • CSCS Card
  • Client facing experience
  • Commercial building maintenance experience
Hours

Continental Shift Days & Nights – 07:00 am to 19:00 pm / 19:00 pm to 07:00 am

Duties
  • Electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • General building services tasks
  • Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHU's, HVAC plant, water treatment
  • Three‑phase and single phase systems, building management systems & electrical monitoring
  • Air conditioning & chillers, pumps, motors & variable speed drives
  • Work on large blue‑chip company commercial offices as part of a small maintenance team delivering excellent service to the client
