Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights - 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Join Mller Milk & Ingredients as a Shift Manager and take ownership of a high‑impact leadership role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. These newly created positions offer full autonomy, end‑to‑end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
• Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.
• Make real‑time decisions using PDCA and "go, look, see" techniques.
• Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
• Strong coaching, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
