Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday to Friday, days‑only role within a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing business in the Luton / Bedfordshire area, where your skills are valued and career progression is genuine?

We are working with a well‑established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high‑volume FMCG production site in Luton, Bedfordshire. The Role

Operating within a fast‑paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Responding to breakdowns and fault‑finding in a time‑critical production environment
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
