Job summary

A leading FM service provider is seeking a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role in London. Responsibilities include emergency and fire alarm testing, electrical fault finding, and maintaining building services within a commercial office environment. Candidates must have a C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and 18th Edition certification. The salary is up to £53,000 per annum, with continental shifts involved.

Qualifications

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent required.
  • 18th Edition certification needed.
  • Experience in a commercial office building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct emergency light testing.
  • Perform fire alarm testing.
  • Carry out UPS and circuit breakers checks.
  • Ensure maintenance on chillers and boilers.

Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition.
  • Experience in building services maintenance - Ideally within a commercial office environment.
