A family-owned construction and manufacturing business is looking for a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to lead safety initiatives across their operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing health and safety, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves developing and maintaining safety management systems, reporting on safety performance, and training personnel. This role is for a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager who will lead our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality/Compliance team. The successful applicant will work closely with the Management teams in each of our trading companies: Rilmac Scaffolding Ltd, Rilmac Insulation Ltd, Rilmac Fabrication Ltd and Rilmac Scaffold Hire Ltd.
This role has responsibility for ensuring that all company activities are conducted in a safe and legally compliant manner, maintain a strong culture of safety, operational excellence, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the organisation and lead ISO accreditations.
