Overview

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Supported Housing Co- Ordinator based in Bolton, BL1.

Ideally you have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background. This role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55.

Details

Hours: 14 hours per week (two days between Mon and Fri)

Temporary ongoing to start ASAP

Pay: Between £15.49ph PAYE or £19.44ph UMB

Responsibilities

• Provide daily communication with residents who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.
• Daily welfare checks with the residents

• Health & Safety checks
