What You Will Do

• Checking and using the latest drawings and details for site operations
• Liaising with contracts managers, foremen, and client engineers to resolve discrepancies
• Maintaining and calibrating instruments to ensure accuracy
• Keeping detailed records and paperwork for future reference
• Monitoring site progress and allocating resources effectively
• Building strong relationships with client engineers and site teams
• Supporting health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and method statements

What We Are Looking For

• Background in housing and infrastructure projects
• Proven setting out experience in residential groundworks (roads and sewers)
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong AutoCAD knowledge and numerical reasoning skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Highly organised, accurate, and self‑motivated approach
