Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be process‑oriented, valuing structure and organization over chaos.
• Be comfortable seeking support and guidance from peers and Subject Matter Experts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development.
• Experience in three product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
• Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Security Clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
