Job summary

A leading IT consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a ServiceNow programme. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to elicit requirements and working in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include developing user stories, process analysis, and validating requirements. Candidates must possess an understanding of ITOM and hold a ServiceNow Administrator certification. This is a 6-month contract and can be performed remotely, aimed at candidates with high-level security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of ServiceNow and ITOM.
