The role involves building and fault-finding electronic circuits, developing applications, and supporting product testing. Qualifications

  • City & Guilds or HND qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Experience working with electronic devices.
  • Strong fault-finding skills on electronic circuits.
  • Experience with product testing.
  • Familiarity with schematic entry, PCB layout, or wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
  • A proactive and positive approach with interest in new technologies.

Overview

Service Technician Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for electronics? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join the team and support the development of the next generation of IoT technologies that improve safety and digital supervision within roadworks.

Responsibilities
  • Building and fault-finding electronic circuits using schematics
  • Developing applications based on existing products and producing wiring diagrams
  • Supporting the testing and certification of new products
  • Assisting with the transition of products from development into manufacture
  • Supporting operations in solving production issues
  • Creating and maintaining electronic product documentation
  • Investigating and resolving issues on new and Legacy electronics products
