We are looking for Service Manager - F&B Service (Outlet Manager- Pinang Restaurant & Bar) to join our team. As our Service Manager - F&B Service (Outlet Manager- Pinang Restaurant & Bar), you will be expected to:

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers and support staff to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Oversee guest satisfaction, ensuring personalized service and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Chef to create and update menus and coordinate events.
  • Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and grow the brand.
  • Handle staffing, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine pairing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory control.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a confident and tactful team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
