Qualifications

  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the ability to empower teams under pressure.
  • Proven leadership in a managerial role within health and social care settings.
  • Minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) with a commitment to achieving Level 5.
  • A driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
