Role Summary

Pivotal leadership position within the Service team, working with Senior Service Manager and other Service Managers. Responsible for tactical and strategic delivery driving service vision, commercial growth, customer value, and operational innovation across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead technical teams, build high-performance culture, mentor staff, manage workforce planning and succession
  • Service Delivery: Deliver outstanding customer service, implement service strategy, ensure consistent safety and performance improvements
  • Commercial Focus: Own contract profitability, identify value opportunities, support sales phases, drive margin growth
  • Operations: Execute service proposition, manage KPIs, seasonal planning, incident management, operational readiness
  • Innovation: Use transformation tools, technology, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance delivery
