Job Responsibilities:

The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the support service. Your focus will be on promoting independence for the people we support and enabling them in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way.

You will provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to deliver quality, person-centred support. Building positive relationships with all stakeholders and embodying our vision and values to deliver excellent service are key aspects of this role.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • Reliability and commitment
  • Professional and empathetic communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work well as part of a growing team
  • Sleep-ins, evening, and weekend work may be required
  • Must be a car driver and willing to travel across the region
  • Care management experience is essential
  • QCF level 3 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Level 5
