This is a field based Service Engineer role where you will support technical teams and customers across a wide range of industrial environments. This role suits a hands‑on problem‑solver who enjoys travelling (UK and International), delivering high-quality technical support, and working directly with end‑users to keep complex equipment operating at its best. As a Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring reliable system performance, smooth installations, and exceptional customer experience.

Service Engineer - Role & Responsibilities
  • Installing and commissioning a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment on customer sites
  • Performing preventive and reactive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
  • Providing on‑site and remote customer training
  • Completing accurate service reports and technical documentation
  • Supporting product improvements by feeding back technical insights
Service Engineer - Skills & Experience
  • Recognised mechanical, electrical, or multi‑skilled engineering qualification
  • Proven experience working as a service engineer in a field‑based engineering role
  • Competence with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical fitting
  • Familiarity with PLC interfaces (Siemens/Allen‑Bradley) is highly beneficial
  • Confident working independently on customer sites across varied environments
  • Comfortable travelling across the UK and internationally when required
