A leading resourcing firm is seeking a Service Enablement Analyst to ensure new services meet business and customer expectations. This hybrid role involves responsibilities in service transitions, Business Acceptance Testing, and providing Hypercare support. Ideal candidates will have advanced reporting skills, experience in project delivery methodologies, and an analytical mindset to resolve complex issues effectively.

Location: London or Manchester – Hybrid Working
You will play a key role within the Service Enablement function, ensuring that all new services, changes entering live operations are tested, accepted, and supported in a controlled manner. You will validate that new capabilities meet business and customer expectations through Business Acceptance Testing and provide Hypercare support post-go-live to ensure stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
