A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Service Desk Analyst - Tier 1 to support their IT transformation in York. This hybrid position requires excellent communication skills and 1st line support experience. The role is ideal for recent graduates as full training will be provided. You will be expected to maintain high levels of customer service and work efficiently to SLAs.

York - Hybrid working - 2 days a week on site

My client is undergoing an exciting IT transformation and as such has a requirement for additional Support in the team.

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to make their first step within IT support.

Full training will be provided

Key skills include:

• 1st line support experience working in a similar customer facing role.
• Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
• Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide consistently, excellent levels of customer service.
• Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members.
• Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
