Role

Service Coordinator (Engineering) – Frimley

Salary: £30,000-£33,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday

Is a newly created position within a market‑leading specialist pump design and service company that is experiencing rapid growth. The role provides a dedicated resource to support the Service Proactive Team to facilitate the smooth operation of the company and fulfill the needs of clients for sewage and surface water pumping equipment, including issuing quotes and procuring parts.

Role responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, service and installation engineers, internal resources, and suppliers.
• Assist in generating quotes for pumps service, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate operations to support the Service Proactive Team and ensure client requirements are met.

Working hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday; 8:30-16:00 Friday.

Candidate/profile

• Some proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Procurement.
• Local to Frimley.
