In support of our rapid and continued UK growth, we are currently seeking a Service Business Executive (SBE) to join our Service Business Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our processes, ensuring seamless service contract renewals and effective logistics coordination, and supporting our sales teams within a company that values its people and offers genuine opportunities for development.
Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth and accurate renewal of service contracts as well as the coordination and management of logistics activities. You will work closely with the Sales team, vendors, suppliers, and operational teams to align data, track shipments, resolve logistical issues, and support end-to-end service excellence. You will play a vital role in reviewing service agreements, capturing and managing shipping data, streamlining processes, and leveraging analytics to drive both operational efficiency and process improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should be analytical, detail-focused, and proactive, with strong organisational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional results, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across both renewals and logistics functions.
The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach. This role would suit an experienced Logistics and Renewals Co-ordinator with proven experience, particularly someone who enjoys varied responsibilities across business operations and is eager to drive improvements.
