Job summary

A recruitment agency in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Data Support Team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance within a busy Substance Misuse Service. Ideal candidates will have a background in administrative support, strong communication skills, and excellent IT abilities. The position is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator for our client who is a Substance Misuse Service to join their Data Support Team.

This will be a Monday to Friday position - 37.5 Hours a Week - 09 : 00-17 : 00 /

In this role you will be part of our data support team, providing an all-round administration service including secretarial and data related tasks.This position will specifically support the Criminal Justice team and provide data support to the service as a whole. It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day.

To do this job successfully, you will need :

  • experience of providing great administrative support in a busy environment (ideally charity or NHS)
  • the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • to be confident working in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
  • a good level of Maths and English (verbal and written)
  • to be organised, able to manage and prioritise your time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease
  • good analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • a can do, positive attitude
  • excellent IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media
  • to understand work-based Health & Safety issues
