Key Job Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics.
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
  • Experience in the customer service/contact center industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Advanced infrastructure and networking architecture experience.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise communication technologies.
