• Experience in asset management, capital programmes, operations or infrastructure delivery.
• Strong understanding of water or regulated utility assets.
• Knowledge of asset health, resilience and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a national Asset Management Maturity Assessment.
• Support development of integrated monitoring frameworks for operational resilience.
• Analyze complex performance and asset data for regulatory decisions.
• Manage projects, contracts, budgets and stakeholder engagement.
• Coach and support colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment.
