Warehouse Operative - Permanent Opportunity

Towcester, Northamptonshire

£23000 - £24000p/a

Full Time | Permanent | 35 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading by example while supporting and supervising a team of four.
  • Booking in and dispatching goods accurately and on time.
  • Making sure packages are packed, shipped, and labelled to the highest standards.
  • Handling courier paperwork and ensuring compliance with legislation (IATA/ADR).
  • Carrying out final quality checks and keeping standards high.
  • Monitoring warehouse and freezer temperatures.
  • Responding to supplier queries quickly and effectively.
  • Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy and hazard-free.
  • Getting involved in admin tasks like filing, scanning, and updating records.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Has a valid UK driving licence.
  • Has warehouse experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Is a strong communicator who can support and motivate a team.
  • Is organised, detail-focused and reliable.
  • Has a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Is comfortable with lifting items up to 25kg.
  • Bonus: ADR or IATA qualification (not essential).
