Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and emotional support.
• Capacity to monitor vital signs and carry out basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to patients including hygiene and mobility support.
• Assist with clinical procedures and preparation of equipment.
• Help coordinate daily task allocations ensuring appropriate prioritization.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to support and supervise junior staff members

Ability to carry out delegated clinical tasks safely

Education

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
