Who You Are: We’re redefining cybersecurity by making the invisible visible—and usable. Our DAST solutions help companies find and fix vulnerabilities before hackers can exploit them, and we’re looking for a UX designer who can turn technical depth into clear, confident experiences.
Location:
Candidates need to be based in the United Kingdom.
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of UX design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Skilled at translating complex technical workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers, PMs, and customers.
- Quick to learn complex domains and apply that knowledge to design.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design quality and productivity.
- Proficient in component libraries and design systems, prioritizing usability while knowing when to innovate.
- Clear, empathetic communicator who advocates for the customer in technical discussions.
- Naturally bridges product, engineering, and design to focus on solutions.
- Attentive to the details that elevate interfaces from good to exceptional.
- Uses qualitative and quantitative data to validate designs and demonstrate business impact.
- Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Experienced with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Interested in application security and motivated to build domain expertise in DAST.
- Thrives in ambiguity, works independently, and takes initiative to solve complex problems.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Design intuitive interfaces for DAST, ASPM and AI tools that help customers identify and remediate security vulnerabilities efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct user research with security professionals to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance technical complexity with usability.
- Integrate AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate ideation, improve user research analysis, or enhance design solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented as specified and technically feasible.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' security processes and how our DAST solutions fit into their broader security programs.
- Continuously iterate on features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Help establish design patterns specific to security workflows that can be reused across the product.
- Present design concepts and rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
