Senior Trade Marketing Executive – HYBRID

Beauty | Skincare | Wellness

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior Trade Marketing Executive to deliver impactful retail marketing initiatives across our portfolio of beauty, skincare, and wellness brands. This hands‑on role manages POS development, retail activations, trade collateral, and category insights, ensuring brand visibility and performance across both physical and digital retail channels.

This role is ideal for an experienced Trade or Shopper Marketing professional looking to step up in responsibility within a well‑established brand environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage POS development and retail activations from brief to delivery
  • Create trade presentations, one‑pagers, and campaign summaries
  • Analyse category and performance data to inform commercial decisions
  • Maintain brand guidelines, training materials, and digital assets
  • Support review generation and ensure consistency across retail and digital channels
Experience & Skills
  • Experience in trade/shopper marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG
  • Skilled in POS management, retail activations, and campaign execution
  • Strong data interpretation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or InDesign)
  • Experience with brand asset management tools (e.g. Brandbank) and review platforms
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects
Software & Tools Experience (Desirable)
  • Category & data analysis tools (e.g. Circana, Dunnhumby)
  • Retail product content platforms (Brandbank)
  • Review platforms (e.g. Bazaarvoice)
  • Creative tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Workspace
